Summary: no colors fonts in mozilla

Initial Comment:
when looking at my phpWbeSite 0.8.2 in Mozilla, I 
cannot see colors and all fonts are time roman. Only 
one theme shows colors (slurpee) but all fints have 
same size. Other themes (standard themes shipped in 
0.8.2) have no color. This problem does not show up 
when visiting other php sites like 
http://phpwebsite.appstate.edu which displays fine in 
Mozilla.

Is there something wrong with my PHP/APACHE 
installation. IE browser is fine. Mozilla on Squirrelmail 
(other PHP css based site) is fine too.
