Summary: Dutch version failed to install

Initial Comment:
I tried to install a dutch phpwebsite (0.8.2) from scratch, 
and got the next error after choosing new install : 

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers 
already sent by (output started at 
**xxx**/setup/index.php:9) in **xxx**/htmlheader.php on 
line 28 

with **xxx** the directory to the install folder, blanked 
out for security reasons :-) 

Then the installation stopped :( 

There were only 5 tables created : 
-adminblock
-authors
-banner
-bannerclient
-bannerfinish

I found this very strange, since I freshly installed the 
english version earlier without any problem. 

Might there be a problem in the translated version ??
