Summary: mysql flags table issue

Initial Comment:
I seem to be having troubles with the flags table. When I 
want to edit data in mysqlman or phpmyadmin I can't 
seem to do it. The reason I asked this is I am adding a 
javascript menuing system to my site, and I found any 
call to the flags table breaks my javascript menu. I did 
look over the forum and another person is having the 
same problem. So, do you have any insight? BTW: I am 
using .8.2 of PHPwebsite...
