[Phpwebsite-developers] small change proposal in the core (0.82)

can we add a draft (active) flag to the stories table? i think it would
be a big benefit if the admins could save stories as drafts (as
inactive) and post them when ready. i dont think it would cause big
issues/additions to the code. please correct me if i am wrong.
