Did you preserve the ability to run it in test mode and skip the tarring? It looks to me like the "test" parameter will not work with the -win32 parameter, because the "mode" is assumed to be parameter two. In case you haven't used it, the "test" parameter prevents the creation of the tar file, so all you have to do is move the directory, without untarring.
