[Phpwebsite-developers] changes to makedistro.sh and Readme.win32

Hi all,
i've just committed changes to makedistro.sh and readme.win32 to make
users life on win32 easier with gsort/sort and gfind/find.
users on win32 now have not to hand-edit makedistro.sh anymore, they are
only needed to run  makedistro.sh with the new -win32 flag:
 makedistro.sh -win32 xx (where xx is the language)

please note that the flag use is completely transparent on unix/linux
systems: on those systems makedistro.sh calling convenction still remain
the old one: makedistro.sh xx
