Nothing for many people. I guess I'm just old fashioned.

This is the reason list FAQs are created. Answers to common questions
are included in the FAQ. List FAQs reduce redundant list traffic, and
allow users to find answers to common questions quickly.

As for the 50 emails, you become very efficient at processing incoming
email.
