phpBB2 doesn't support threading or email posting. The former is nearly impossible, but the latter might be doable, though I would think if developers really wanted it, phpWS would already have such a feature. Really, what's so hard about using the web? I for one wouldn't want 50 email a day just from a tech support list... especially considering 50%+ are going to be the same 3 questions.
