[Phpwebsite-developers] suggestion

I think we should test our 0.8.2-RC2 also on the new PHP 4.2.0-RC1
(released on 21-mar-2002) before releasing phpWebSite 0.8.2-final.
Just to be sure to avoid problems like those arised with release of php
4.1.0
