Hi all,

Recently there have been disagreements among some developers. To foster
cooperation and get the project's position in print, Brian and I decided to
expand upon this and create a list of 'developer standards.'

Brian and I want everyone to be little Fonzies, so please take a moment to
read them over.

Once again, if you haven't heard it recently, we truly appreciate
everyone's effort and hard work. We just want this to be a fun project for
