[Phpwebsite-developers] more docs

Hi all,
this is to inform you i've just committed another document in
docs/developers: it describes the html_header_location() and the
form_options() functions and the itemfuncs system.
For those who haven't ever heard about them: they are wrappers and robot
functions to deal with HTML redirection and to automatically generate
forms and item tables. Hope you'll find them useful as I thought
creating them :>

Document is: docs/developers/automated_html_code_generation.html
PS: hope it is okay in english..feel free to fix it if needed :>
