[Phpwebsite-developers] Let's correct Author/Submiter

I suggest that phpWebSite correctly attribute the
creative work behind announcements.  Why does the one
who submits the announcement get tagged "submitter"
and the admin gets credit as "author"?

The submitter is the one creating the announcement
right? And the admin only, corrects, edits, comments,
posts.

I propose the "submitter" should be termed "author"
and the admin posting the story be called "editor".
