Okay, I've just committed these things:
  - improvements and some fixes to the blocks module
  - fixes for bug #486233

Finally, bug #486233 should be gone (forever). Since to fix it I
slightly changed about all modules (except for userpages, which were
safe to use), please test them. I tested them and went smoothly, but I
might be wrong... :>
