Many users are running on virtual hosts which prevent the use of multiple 
databases.   Others would like to keep everything in one database.   In any 
case, the table names are very generic right now and can or will conflict 
with other programs that create tables of similar titles, such as users, 
sessions, etc.    By adding table prefixes, we prevent conflicts and/or 
provide the ability to have multiple installations.
