[Phpwebsite-developers] Version 0.8.0 Released

Version 0.8.0 has been released and is now posted under downloads at 
http://phpwebsite.appstate.edu . Be sure to take note of the warning 
message in the setup script if you are upgrading from a previous version of 
phpWebSite. 
Unfortunately the french build is not yet available due to some issues with 
the pre-processor files that are used in translating. We will get the 
french build up as soon as possible.
