[Phpwebsite-developers] Database changes!

I renamed the table called 'plugins' to 'modules'. Anyone who is running a
CVS copy of phpwebsite should also make this change. If you are running
v0.7.10 you do not need to worry about this. I will provide the SQL needed
to make this change:
