[Phpwebsite-developers] Directory changes!

If everyone hasn't noticed already, there have been some directory changes
made in CVS. If you had a module in the plug-ins directory this applies to
you.

I have moved all modules into a directory named 'mod'. If your module is in
the repository I made the directory changes to your files there. You may
want to test your mod and make sure I didn't break anything since I only did
some minor testing.

As I mentioned before, I'll write up some documentation on how the new
module stuff will work. It should be easy to convert old modules to the new
style.
