[Phpwebsite-developers] Plug-ins

Hello,

I mind sound very stupid now, but how do I configure/use the plug-ins with
phpWebSite, I mean the ones that are included in the distribution package
like phpWeather? I have checked my installation dirs for documentation, but
I can't seem to find anything :)
