[Phpwebsite-developers] CVS Server down time

I just wanted to let every one know that we will be having some down time on
the cvs server.  It is on a separate network from tux(the webserver) so only
the CVS server will be down.  I am in the process of getting the cvs server
moved to the academic net and off of the resnet network.  I will let every
one know the new info they will need.  I am sorry for the inconvenience but
this is out of my control. I was not given any prior notice of the resnet
down time and there for was not able to do a smooth transition.
