[Phpwebsite-developers] Daily snapshots of CVS

I'd like to see daily snapshot packages of the CVS built nightly so we can 
test features that are added to the system.  Either just the developers 
having access to the snapshot packages or everyone having access and 
knowing that it could be really buggy if they used the snapshots.  Right 
now everything would show with the translate information in the files 
unless you made your own package.
