[Phpwebsite-developers] Template system: Proposal

I have ben writing about making a set of rules of which future coding and
themes-making should apply. Though having the understanding of the maths,
and the layout of my idea all clear, I must admit that my coding abilities
and deep knowledge and understanding of CSS has proven not to be sufficient
to come up with anything usefull for real use. If anyone can and will do the
syntaxing, I'd be happy to finish what I have started. I know what I want,
but it went over my head in the mysteries of rules, as it would be far to
complex to really test that what I whas trying to write would work.. Sorry,
