[Phpwebsite-developers] Mailing List plug-in

I have to add a mailing list system to phpWebsite.

I'd prefer to tailor an existing program as opposed to writing something
from scratch.

Anyone have any suggestions of mailing list systems I might take a look at?

Also, is there is specification for the plugin systm somewhere?
