[Phpwebsite-developers] Developers Only Forum on SourceForge

I think it would be a good idea for us to have a Developers only forum on 
SourceForge.  Mostly for everyone to state what they're working on in the 
project and also to discuss new features or ideas for the project.  Since a 
few of us are new to the team I'm sure we'd all like to know what everyone 
is working on....
