[Phpwebsite-security] Vlist removed from distribution

Good day,

We have had a report of a possible security problem with the Vmail 
module. Spammers may be using it to send emails. Since the developer of 
Vmail is no longer in contact with us and because we do not use it on 
campus, we are removing it from the distribution.

If you are not using Vmail, we suggest you remove it as well.
