[Phpwebsite-developers] 1.6.0 RC3

Hi all,

I was hoping to go to stable at rc2 but testers found more things that 
needed fixing. Thanks for the feedback everyone! Here is the newest version:

Let me know if you find any more problems. If all goes well, I'll try to 
  get a stable copy out at the beginning of next week.
