#474 Checkin Module

Love this module, but have some requests for additional reporting features.

1. List of students by month AND by reason.

2. A monthly list of all visitors for all reps (rather than just a monthly view for each rep.)

3. Export report to csv or excel

Overall a fantastic module for us.
