#413 cPAddon Install Script
cPanel - one of the most common hosting control panels - has opened up their addon script installer software to 3rd parties.
http://www.cpanel.net/docs/cpaddons/ documents how to create scripts (in Perl) to install 3rd party scripts. Currently the only phpWebSite cPanel script I know of is through Fantastico, but it installs only 0.10.2 and they screw that up.
I don't do Perl so it's mostly Greek to me but if there's anyone with Perl experience that can work out what to do, add a comment and I'll help out with a cPanel install.
