#411 Menu items viewable for logged in users only

So you have a menu you want visible to all viewers. You'd like some items visible to logged in viewers only. Right now you have to create a new menu, But it would be nice to extend the view anonymously to menu items. It would be even nicer if you could then restrict said viewing to specific groups.
