#1857 Phatform captcha failing in branches

No

Captcha as used in Phatform, at least, acts differently when the site is a branch site. No image is displayed. The box to enter the captcha text is displayed as usual. However, no text is required and an anonymous user can proceed without having to enter captcha text.

Have not tested captchas in other modules when used in branches.

Phatform 3.1.3.

In case it helps, here is the phpinfo for one location where this is failing. http://primail.org/phpinfo.php

I know what causes this and I will fix it next version. The default captcha we use is called Freecap and the author named the font and image files with a period (.) at the beginning. This makes them hidden files and they don't get copied down to the branches.
I am guessing these are hidden to try and slow down captcha breakers. At this point, I don't know if that will necessarily impede them so I will rename the files.
