#72 Rolodex 1.1.0 Warning

Didn't see a separate area for Rolodex, thought of posting this in phpwebsitebusiness as I know Rolodex is a rewrite of that mod but wasn't sure. Now that I look at the error closer I think it may not be a Rolodex problem after all but appears to be a problem with a call to categories. I got this earlier when calling categories directly.

clicked control panel/content/rolodex/new member/continue

Current Categories version is 2.2.2
