Wiki 1.1.0 released

Wiki for phpWebSite brings the power and convenience of a wiki to phpWebSite. This release requires phpWebSite 1.2.0 or later.

This release switches to use the translation method used in phpWebSite 1.2.0 or later. In addition, requesting a restricted page now forwards the user to the login screen. The other minor changes are listed in the changelog.
