Mailing Lists 1.0.0 released

Mailing Lists is a module for phpWebSite that allows mass messages to be sent to visitors who have subscribed to various lists. This release requires phpWebSite 1.4.0.

The new 1.0.0 release was completely rewritten for the phpWebSite 1.x core. Because of this, compatibility with phpWebSite 0.10.x was lost. (0.10.x users can still download Mailing Lists 0.5.6). Besides the rewrite, this release also contains new features. The sending of emails can be throttled with "per hour" and "at once" settings. In addition, the Subscriber Admin now supports bulk subscribe/unsubscribe of users.
