Poll 1.1.0 released

This version of the Poll module for phpWebSite 1.2.0 or later.

(A poll module was included with phpWebSite back in the 0.9.x and 0.10.x days. When phpWebSite 1.x was released, the University dropped the poll module. This module release brings Poll to the phpWebSite 1.x series.)

This release fixes a defect which prevented all users from voting, fixes the case where a poll could be saved and only have one option, and fixes a case where edit link would appear when user didn't have permission. In addition, this release now uses the new translation functions introduced in phpWebSite 1.2.0.
