Wiki 0.3.0 released

Wiki for phpWebSite brings the power and convenience of a wiki to phpWebSite. This module requires phpWebSite version 0.10.0 or later.

The new 0.3.0 release adds many new features:

** Version comparing to see what has changed between page revisions
** What links here feature shows what pages link to the current page
** Recent changes page allows you to see what has changed with ease
** Direct linking to the Notes module providing a quick way to contact the editors
** Random page linking takes you to a random page in the database
** Ability to move pages quickly and easily for when reorganization is necessary
