Wiki 0.2.0 released

Wiki for phpWebSite brings the power and convenience of a wiki to phpWebSite. This module requires phpWebSite version 0.10.0 or later.

The new 0.2.0 release adds many new features:

* BBCode support
* Extended character support
* Image Upload
* Page "locks" from editing
* All registered users can edit pages option
* and other fixes
