Safari doesn't like redirecting to URLs with square brackets in them.

In /class/Channel.php

Just under the comment 'Write out backend file', remove the square
brackets in the URL so it says...

PHPWS_MAN_ITEMS=

If you've existing channeln.php files, edit those too.
