#7 RFE: Ability to flag entries

It might be nice to be able to flag time log entries.
For example, if a company pays by the hour, the payroll
person could flag entries that they have cut checks for
(to avoid paying for the same entry twice or skipping
one entirely). Of course, entries could be flagged for
other reasons.

An option to disable flagging via the settings page
might also be a good idea.
