#49 Filecabinet items not being included in html message

Hi,

At some point, filecabinet items used in an email are not being included in the html message. They do display when viewing the email in archive, but not in the message that is actually sent.

I think the problem seems to be around line 190 in mailinglists/class/Email.php

For some reason, $file is return the correct array, but $file->getTag() is returning null (I think)
