#1 Allow advertisers to update their own ads

This feature probably won't make the initial release of the module, so I'm submitting this RFE to be a reminder.

It would be nice if an advertiser could maintain their owns ads instead of having to rely on the site admin. This would have to be an option of course, as some admins might prefer to control the ads.
