[-comm-devel] CVS problems

Hi,

I just tried to upload new German language files but it seems I am not 
capable of using cvs :-(
Although I was able to add the directories I need I can't add the files. 
Commiting the new files resutls in the following error message:
 >cvs commit: failed to create lock directory for 
`/cvsroot/phpwebsite-comm/l10n/de/3rd_party_mods/article/conf' 
(/cvsroot/phpwebsite-comm/l10n/de/3rd_party_mods/article/conf/#cvs.lock): 
No such file or directory
 >cvs commit: lock failed - giving up
 >cvs [commit aborted]: lock failed - giving up

Could this be a problem with permissions or am I doing something 
completely wrong? Thanks for your help

I'm not seeing any stale locks. Did you try checking out a new working
copy? The 3rd_party_mods directory isn't in l10n/de/.

Please read our project policy document regarding file releases. I'll
help you with a release after that. Once I'm sure you have our naming
conventions down, I'll make you a release technician.

l10n is clear and accurate as is de. This holds true when talking about
gettext po in 0.9.4 too.

Not quite. The filename should be something like:

        l10n-de-1.4.tar.gz
        - or -
        l10n-de-1.4.zip

l10n-de versions 1.0 - 1.3 are in our FRS now.
