Get rid of the "fix". I've taken care of everything. My reason for not showing a printable version in the same way as the other modules is because no page header or footer displays. However, lay_quiet doesn't have the same purpose I thought it did, so I made a way to bypass the Layout module. By default, Article 1.3+ will now display the printable version in the same manner other modules do. But if you're like me & want to brand your site, all you have to do is uncomment line 389 of article/class/Article.php. That's why Article also has the "Last n Articles" box. It's a line listing of the articles that looks a lot better in the skinny column. To use it in stead of the "Also on this Site" block, just go to Article -> Configuration, select "0" for "Number of summaries to show on the Home Page" and select whatever number you want for "Number of links in the "Previous Articles" Block".
