Summary: Add Groups to edit feature

Initial Comment:
Right now a user can view "My Articles" or "All". I'd
like to see all in group added, with all articles from
every group that user is a member of being displayed.
Naturally this would extend to edit rights as well. 

Taking it one more step would be to restrict the
categories that the user can assign to categories
assigned to the the group that user is in. But that may
be taking it a bit to far at this time.

This feature is available in Article Manager 4.0, due to be released by
July 11th.
