Summary: Theme installation error

Initial Comment:
I am trying to install the theme Quick v1.02 on my phpwebsite 1.2.0.  I copied all the files to my themes directory.  When I try to apply to my phpwebsite in Control Panel, I get this error message:

The theme.ini file is missing for the default theme. [themes/Quick/theme.ini]

There is no theme.ini file included with the theme.  What am I doing wrong?
