Summary: RSS Item in Feed without Title is Un-clickable

Initial Comment:
When using multi-view (and perhaps in other views also), if a RSS 
feed has an item without a title, a bullet point is displayed and 
nothing else.  Because there is no title, there is no text to make a 
link to click on to be taken to that post.  A title-less post should be 
given some kind of clickable text in the RSS module for linking, such 
as "[Untitled Post]" or "[No Title Available]"  Perhaps the date of the 
post could also be shown.
