In class/Podcast.php

In edit()

Change the test to use the /images folder instead of the module/img/ 
folder and it works...

ie.

/* test to see if mime_type check will work for imports */
$testfile = $GLOBALS['core']->home_dir . 'images/podcaster/
podcaster.png';
