Summary: Investigate using Text_Wiki_BBCode

Initial Comment:
The package Text_Wiki_BBCode was released after BBCode
support was added to the wiki module.  The wiki module
currently uses the same (buggy) BBCode parser that is
used in 0.10.x.  Changing to Text_Wiki_BBCode may be a
good idea.
