Summary: One column diff option

Initial Comment:
The two column diff currently implemented it fine for
sites with a lot of real estate, but when using a theme
which restricts the width of the body, the diffs
overflow quite often.

I'd like to see an option added that will let admin's
choose whether to use the one or two column diff.

The one column diff can be seen in action on the Twiki
