Initial Comment:
I found this module very very usefull to create a list of 
staff members for an association (a .org)
As I added in forum:

When adding members I found that it could be very 
usefull to add this things:
1) Multi add (when u have many users to add)
2) Let admin add custom fields (for example phone 
numbers and custom fields)
3) Searching and listing for alphabethical order or city 
etc ... or custom fields
