Added capability to edit "keywords" and "robots" metatags. "description" & "author" metatags are created automatically from article data. "Automatically Generate Metatags" must be checked in the configuration menu for this to work. "robots" metatags can only be edited by admins that have "Edit Search Engine Instructions" checked in the "Edit User" page. NOTE: For this feature to work, the latest CVS copy of mod/layout/class/Layout.php must be installed.
