Initial Comment:
This theme does not use any tables in its layout.  Please 
see the enclosed Readme.txt file for installation 
instructions.

Future versions of this file will inclue a modified 
cascading style sheet that will load phpwebsite objects 
and remove the need to hard code image links.

Content is placed in <div> tags and control of the 
layout is controlled entirely by the style sheet.
